Fantastic folks; they are skilled, know exactly what they’re doing, advocate for you as the customer, and are VERY well priced. Awesome place and would highly recommend if you want a reputable shop you can trust.

Ms Tami is the woman to get you the help you need ladies! Are you sick of men taking advantage of you at shops? Well here's a shop ran by a woman! I had been with another shop for over a decade. Something was just off. I asked my sister for some help. (she works on cars too) She told me to go here. She said Ms Tami would take care of me. This lady sure did. My son's car drives like a dream! She found some stuff the other shop missed and got it done! I have a to do list once I get this first batch of stuff paid off on my credit card. She didn't charge me for things that she very well could have. She was honest! I love that. Especially this day and age. Oh and her waiting room is super comfy & she has a super nice pup there to help the wait be more bearable. She really went out of her way to make sure my son's vehicle was safe! I really appreciate that. She didn't overcharge me. She told me like it was. We need more like you Ms Tami!

Originally there were some miscommunications between Lindsay and the mechanic. I chose to call this shop because I heard great things about Tami. (After leaving this review Tami reached out to me, she is truly fantastic!) The air in my car was not blowing properly and it made a loud noise. I explained this to Lindsay when I called. I worked with Lindsay the entire time from start to finish. They offered for me to drop my car off the next day and it would be evaluated at some point in the day. There was a miscommunication with Lindsay and the mechanic because when Lindsay called and told me that everything was okay with my car and that I had the setting on defrost and that is why I was not getting air. I insisted that is not correct and again explained that the air is not flowing properly and that it makes a loud noise when it is turned on. The mechanic went out again for another "test drive". This time he figured out that the blower motor was going out. I was told the parts need to be ordered and it was a 3 hour job. I asked "When will I have my car back?" The response was "Today." This turned out to be inaccurate. I did not hear back from Lindsay until the next day when the work w

The short version of our story is that Accurate Auto (Tami the owner and her team) is absolutely awesome. Reliable, communicative, knowledgeable, and honest. 5 stars, no notes, we will be going back from here on!! The longer version: we first took our Subaru Crosstrek to the Morrie's dealership for support on two issues: a faulty air conditioner and a popping noise near the axle. The dealership not only did NOT fix the two issues we went in for (though we paid over $1000 along the way), they told us there were a number of number of other critical issues that would cost ~$2000. We then spent many hours trying to research these issues on our own, and also to find an AC-specific expert who could provide a second opinion. We learned that Subaru had issued a bulletin about our AC issue that fit our car's model and year. (Why didn't Morrie's know anything about this???) Eventually we decided to see if Accurate Auto could help. Yes, they could—and did. When we first stopped in Tami immediately understood the issue we were describing. She got us in 2 days later and the AC is fixed. They also checked over the car and could not find evidence of the other "critical issues" we had been told
